ECA is happy to announce that we have been awarded the Quality Professional Services 5 (SOA-QPS5) by Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), the government of Hong Kong. 

To deal with the increasing demand of digital government services, OGCIO has appointed IT service providers to support government’s delivery capacity of IT services. ECA is honored to be recognized in Category B of SOA-QPS5 – Information security, privacy assessment and independent testing services. The service period lasts for 48 months until 30 January 2026. 

ECA has been one of the contractors of OGCIO since SOA-QPS4 , offering the service of Security Risk Assessment (SRA) and Security Audit(SA) as third party independent assessor/auditor. SOA-QPS5 recognized ECA’s high quality of services to the Hong Kong Government for the past two years. In future we will be committed to supporting the Hong Kong government in their IT service needs with our professional services.
